Test Objectives
- To test the end-to-end flow of the design and ease of navigation.
- To see if the overall look of the dashboard reflects the brand's values.
- To validate if the design solves the user's needs and pain points that were captured during the research phase.
- To observe any areas of setbacks, questions, confusion, hesitation, or difficulty for the user.
Test Subject
Hi-Fi mobile prototypes for the Huddle application:
- Daily Standup channel
- Private Thread
- Recording Video
Test Methodology
The usability test will be conducted through remote video calls. The participants will be asked to complete the tasks by sharing their computer screens.
Participants
A total of 4 - 6 participants between the ages of 24 - 55 will be recruited.
Recruiting Plan
The participants will be recruited through both personal and professional networks to guarantee unbiased feedback.
