Every new Prolific hire will receive a laptop that will arrive before their first day.

Our preference is for everyone to have an Apple Macbook Pro as it's easier for us to provide technical support. The majority of our employees have an Apple Macbook Pro 13 inch (8GB memory & 256GB storage)

We understand that in some roles such as those in our Finance or Engineering teams, you may prefer to have a Windows or other brand of laptop and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

For those in our engineering department, we offer either a Macbook Pro 14 inch or a Macbook Pro 16 inch. Both options will have 32GB memory and a minimum of 512GB storage.

The maximum purchase price for a new laptop is £2,800.
