The first thing you put up is getting a quote, that's the first step in getting any sort of insurance so it's clean, it's direct.

How was the overall experience with purchasing a product from Hoken Insurance?
Yeah, straightforward. I showed up to give you guys my money. You took it very cleanly and straightforward I didn't have to jump through a lot of hoops, I didn't have to give more information than what I felt was necessary like you guys needed the needed information, and you took that and I was able to put my credit card down and I was covered boom. Great.
What are some ways in which the website experience can be improved?
I think just putting the standard coverage and additional coverage side by side that's kind of like here's what you get and here's what else you could get rather than making me scroll all the way down because... I mean at least from a designer's perspective looking here at this is just dead space here.
The drop-down card should lead me to my form to complete and not the pet general page. When I click Pet, then input my zipcode, I should be lead straight to the Pet Information Form...not to a pet general page to click "Get Quote" again.
Would you recommend Hoken to others?
Yeah, I mean, if it's this easy for pet insurance God, I hope it's as easy for renters and car insurance and life insurance, like, damn, I wish GEICO were this easy.
