Being a remote business, it’s crucial for us to connect with each other outside of our work duties either remotely or in person. We, therefore, try to meet up in our teams as much as possible and as well as the whole company.

Team meet-ups

Each team at Prolific has an annual Team Meet-up Budget which they can spend throughout the year on remote socials and also in-person team meet-ups.

Teams are often doing online cooking or craft classes, and they’ve also travelled to countries such as Montenegro, Budapest, Germany, Lisbon and a bunch of others.

Annual company-wide meet-up

We have one annual company-wide meet-up each year called Prolificon.

All of our employees around the globe come together for a 3-day event where we learn about our strategy for the year ahead and get to spend quality time with each other.
