Research Goal

Design an end-to-end application that is an asynchronous video communication tool to help remote teams communicate face to face. We want to know users' considerations when remote or virtual teams communicate with each other.

Definitions: Synchronous Videos (Apps like Zoom where you schedule video meetings). Asynchronous: Apps like Snapchat where videos are a constant flow.

Research Objectives

• Understand communication tool competitors (set-ups, gaps, pros, and cons).
• Understand how teams for any kind of business communicate with each other.
• Understand users' considerations when it comes to video communication with team members.

Recording & Data Privacy

We will need to record this session using a transcription service using Otter.AI. This is for analysis purposes. Everything is anonymous and gets deleted within a month. Is this okay with you?
