Linearity is a global hybrid company with an office in the heart of Berlin. For remote workers outside of Berlin, you can choose from where you work - onsite, hybrid, or 100% remote. For Berlin based roles, we have a flexible hybrid model. In addition to our monetary compensation, we provide our employees with benefits to support them in the best possible way. Alleo App 🛍️

The Alleo app is a benefit for all FTEs in Germany and EoR employees.

At Linearity we care about your wellbeing and happiness. We want to contribute to this in different ways, including in how we compensate you for your contribution to the company. In order to offer you valuable and attractive company benefits in a flexible manner, we make use of alleo.

alleo offers a mobile app through which you have access to a monthly budget offered by Linearity of €50,00 and a large selection of benefit providers.

You can use your budget to build your personal benefits package, ranging from gym memberships, to vouchers for online webshops (e.g. Zalando, Amazon, Nike, Asos, Coolblue). The app also includes a large set of ‘Perks’, which are exclusive discounts on a range of services (e.g. Swapfiets, Apple). The app can help you save money on both your regular expenses as well as on nice to haves. The offers are curated with care and are exclusive to alleo users, and new benefits are added on a continuous basis.

The budget will expire twice a year so it needs to be used before these two dates - 30.06 and 31.12. Make sure to spend your budget before these dates otherwise your money will be lost.

Parenthood 🤰

As a company, we want to support new parents as much as possible during this exciting time, which is why we offer paid parental leave for every employee (FTE & EoR) who is for 12 months with the company and birth leave for every employee (FTE & EoR) who has 6 months’ service with Linearity at the 15th week before the expected week of childbirth.

We offer up to 6 months of full paid leave (we pay the difference from the state parental allowance to the monthly salary), when you become a parent through birth or adoption, regardless of gender, location or family circumstances. If you would like to take longer than 6 months off for parental leave, you will be able to take this as unpaid leave.
