At Prolific, wellness is very important to us and so we created the Adjusted Hours initiative where:

• every Friday, every Prolifico ends work 2 hours earlier than usual
• employees’ weekly working hours are reduced from 40 to 38 hours

As a company, we want to continue to be innovative and not compromise our ambitious goals and so will continue to review the initiative alongside our OKRs, financial measures, SLAs and your feedback.
