On your 5 year anniversary, your paid vacation increases from 27 to 30 days.

We want you to have a healthy work-life balance and take time to decompress and turn off work-mode regularly throughout the year. We care about you and your health. We also offer this for a selfish reason: we believe you're more productive if you take time off regularly.

• You can request vacation in Humaans.
• If you wish to take more than two weeks vacation at a time please ask your manager for approval first.
• You should over-communicate and inform your manager and peers to make sure that you and your team's responsibilities are covered.
• You can carry over max 5 days from one calendar year to the next. If you don't book them for this year, they will automatically be added to next year's allowance.
